ONE - TO - ONE SESSIONS
1:1 sessions take place in a beautiful, private home studio in Cockfosters. 1:1 sessions are perfect for those who want to learn the basics of Yoga before going in to public class settings, or for those who have specific health requirements. Many times students who also practice yoga regularly find it useful to have a 1:1 to make sure bad habits in postures haven't developed. For the most part, Yoga is particularly enjoyable on a finer, more subtle level which is where private sessions can really help.
A number of clients request home visits - current portfolio of clients are across London. Specific pricing applies based on travel cost and time specifications.
You can book online or email email@example.com.
I currently teach a whole range of corporate clients, including NIKE at Oxford St and Nike in Hackney, amongst others.
Yoga and meditation sessions are hugely popular within companies at lunchtimes and after work. They create a sense of peace and wellbeing as well as helping to improve productivity and efficiency.

The first class is always free for any NEW student. You just need to register online or email me to confirm your attendance. After that, there are a few options should you wish to continue your practice with me:
1. Drop in Rates: If you want to come along every now and again, price per class is £20.
2. 10 Session Passes: the most popular option is to take a 10 session pass for £135. This allows you 10 sessions within a 12 week and is valid across ALL of my public classes. Handy for anyone who wants to do more than one class a week or perhaps may need to do classes on different days due to schedules.
3. 40 Week Annual Pass: 40 sessions across the period of 1 year for only £425. Brilliant value for money!
