Classes:
Yogi Rakhee, founder and owner of Superari Ltd, reserves the right to: Ask students to leave a class setting or refuse entry due to inappropriate or disruptive behaviour; use and take images during classes for promotional material and refuse a refund for passes or events are not cancelled in due course

Passes:

Passes can be purchased online via the mind body app or via email to rakhee@superarilife.com. No refunds are applicable to passes once they have been activated. If the student wishes to complain they must email rakhee@superarilife.com and ask to receive a refund form. This must be completed within 5 days of application. If a student has attended 3 or more sessions and then wishes to complain, please note that a refund will not be applicable. Complaints must be made by the end of the second class.

Retreats:

Deposits are non refundable. Superari is not liable for any loss, damage or injury to the student while on any retreats - it is their responsibility to ensure appropriate travel insurance is in place. If flights are missed, Superari is not liable for any refund or for funding the travel to the venue. If, in the event of a natural disaster or unexpected emergency, the retreat needs to be cancelled, Superari will offer a suitable alternative at another time. If in the event cannot attend, the following refund policies apply: Cancellation within 3 months - full refund. Cancellation within 2 months - 50% refund. Cancellation within one month: No refund and the student is liable for full payment. If a student cannot attend a retreat, no refunds apply but places can be exchanged (terms and administration fees apply) - Superari takes no responsibility for finding a suitable replacement.
